3. Payment Terms

• 40%–50% advance payment is required before starting the project.
  
  

• Remaining payment must be completed before final project delivery.
  
  

• No final files, source code, or credentials will be shared until full payment is received.
  
  

• All payments must be made through agreed payment methods.
  
  

4. Advance Payment Policy

• Advance payment confirms project booking.
  
  

• Advance payment is non-refundable once development has started.
  
  

• If the client cancels before development begins, partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
  
  

5. Project Timeline

• Delays may occur due to changes in requirements, delayed client response, or unforeseen technical issues.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Share necessary content (logo, images, text, etc.) on time.
  
  

• Respond promptly during development.
  
  

• Make payments as agreed.
  
  

7. Intellectual Property

• After full payment, the client will receive rights to the final delivered project.
  
  

• AURA FOUNDATION reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  
  

• Any third-party tools, plugins, or APIs used remain subject to their respective licenses.
  
  

8. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality. All project details and information shared will remain private and will not be disclosed to third parties without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

AURA FOUNDATION is not liable for:

• Loss of business or revenue due to technical issues after project delivery.
  
  

• Third-party service failures (hosting, domain, payment gateway, etc.).
  
  

• Misuse or modification of code after delivery.
  
  

10. Maintenance & Support

• Free support period (if agreed) will be clearly mentioned before project start.
  
  

• Ongoing maintenance services may require additional charges.
  
  

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a project if:

• The client violates payment terms.
  
  

• The client engages in illegal or unethical activities.
  
  

• There is misuse of our services.
  
  

12. Changes to Terms
